Deploying Asp.net (web installer)

Question

I need to implement a website installer for my asp.net application. The installer will process the following functions -

• Deploy .net web application on IIS server
• Configure Sql database connection to run database scripts.
• Run all database scripts.
• Run another exe to manage your licenses.
• If something went wrong, you need to throw everything away.

I heard about wix and install a shield and wonder what will be the best technology suitable for this particular case.
