WCF proxy caching?

I am trying to use Channel Factory and cache it in my asp.net mvc. I am using PerSession Instance mode as I need to know the state. Because of this, I cannot close the proxy right away. And I do not want to reopen, close the proxy every time. If I leave the proxy server open, it will select the time for the 12th time. I can increase the latency of a simultaneous session, but I want to know the correct approach. I am new to WCF, so sorry. If my question is stupid. -Thank you Pratt in advance

The response may activate the slideExpiration property in the forms authentication element, although it is enabled by default. In this case, after each call, the reset timer corresponds to the timeout value, so the session remains active while it is in use.
