How to sign a CAB file using signtool.exe?

Question

• I have 3 files
  mycert.cer
  mycert.pvk
  mycert.spc

Can someone explain to me which files should I use?

2. I need to sign the Test.cab file using signtool.exe from the command line. But I don’t understand how to do it.
   Manual http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8s9b9yaz(VS.80).aspx is not very good :(
