Code Reuse Tools

I usually support code snippets that I can use on Wikidpad's personal Wikipedia with a small index page that can take me to any code I want.

I want to share these snippets with my team, and I'm looking for easy ways to do this.

Are there any tools to help me set up such a repository? Or should I just install the wiki and post my personal wiki?

Thanks Hari
