Grid View as an iPad Demo

Question

I am trying to develop a mesh app for the iPad. Has anyone seen a control that displays information in a grid? In the demo versions, they use a mesh layout in both the iBooks store and the image application.

In particular, in the figures, they display a dynamic list of data in the grid.

I can get around this, of course, but I would rather use a control if one exists. Thank!
