I am interested in adding a feedback bookmark, which will be posted on my page. No third parties like uservoice, monyta, getsatifaction, etc.
It should be sticky when scrolling vertically, and the tab should extend, showing the form you need to fill out and submit, very similar to monyta.
Any jQuery plugins (or plain javascript) that do this? You want it to be done mainly, and not you yourself do it yourself.
