Lock application for Android. Ideas?

I play with an idea for an application that, theoretically, the parent will install on the phone that he / she gives to his child. So, the main problem is how can I prevent the child from simply uninstalling the application? Any ideas on how to solve this? I really doubt that something like this exists, but the thought of asking here is a good way to find out if there are any tricks.

EDIT:

If there is no way to prevent this; how about it: when deleting, do something (for example, send an email to a previously configured email address). This can prevent the child from uninstalling the application, as the parent could find out about it. Of course, the hardworking attacker will simply turn on airplane mode and then delete, but I'm just fishing for ideas at that moment.

The problem is that when described as an application for a parent to control their child, what you want sounds good, is treated differently, it looks like malware, since you want the application:

  • Unable to delete.
