Tool / script to create DICOMDIR

Question

I am looking for a standalone tool (for Windows XP) that creates a DICOMDIR file from a directory containing DICOM images. I looked at http://www.tomovision.com/products/dicom_dir.htm but this gives me a runtime error. Can anyone recommend any tool for this purpose?

I managed to create DICOMDIR using dcm4che http://www.dcm4che.org . I used the dcmdir tool: dcmdir -c exam_folder / DICOMDIR exam_folder /
