Hibernate3 maven plugin: make hbm2java generate sleep annotations instead of ejb3 annotations

Is there a way to get hbm2java to target the hibernate3 maven plugin to generate java classes with sleep annotations instead of ejb3 annotations? I really don't need ejb / jpa, and hibernation annotations work better for me because of better integration with grails.
