I am looking for a replacement for InfoWindow for Google Maps v3. I want to use it to pop up a marker mouse. The standard InfoWindow is completely unusable because it works and makes itself unpleasant. Google Maps v2 had an excellent GxMarker (does not work with the new API): http://code.toeat.com/gxmarker.html
Does anyone know of a similar plugin for Google Maps v3 or other ways to circumvent the divine behavior of InfoWindow?
In InfoWindow options you can disable panning by setting disableAutoPan to true, you can read more on the help page.
