Web Search API for 25,000-50000 entries

I have 20,000-50000 entries in an excel file. One column shows the name of this company. Ideally, I would like to find the name of this company, and whatever the first result, I would choose the URL associated with it. I know that Google (which is my ideal choice) provides an AJAX search API. However, it also has 1000 search restrictions for each registrant. Is there a way to get over 20,000 searches without having to do 20 Google accounts, or is there an alternative engine that I could use?

Any alternative ways to approach this issue are also welcome (e.g. WhoIs look-ups).

Google AJAX Search does not have such a limit of 1000. Yahoo Search does. Google AJAX Search restricts you to 64 results per search, but otherwise has no limits.

Note. The maximum number of page results is based on the Finder type. Local search supports 4 pages (or a maximum of 32 results) and other search engines (Blog, book, image, news, patent, Video and Web) support 8 pages (for a maximum of 64 results).
