How to improve cursor navigation performance in Visual Studio 2010?

My Visual Studio 2010 beta 2 is fast for all tasks except cursor navigation. Inside a text editor, if you hold one of the keyboard arrow keys, it slowly moves around the code.

I already tried some optimizations , but none of them worked.

I installed 3 plugins that can help slow down:

  • Ankhsvn
  • Visualhg
  • IronPython Extensions for Visual Studio 2010
