I am posting this solution after I feel that I have solved this mini-headache with .NET CAS.

After searching for a solution to resolve CAS this morning, I tried to find a simple GUI utility that would allow me to generate Caspol.exe commands and run them in high speed mode in Vista / Win 7. Since I use this tool so rarely that I have to retrain him every time I need it.
