'Maven Dependencies' container references an existing library

I am using SpringSource Tool Suite 2.3.0. I recently added the commons-compress dependency to pom.xml, as required, with the jackrabbit 2.0 dependency . Updating the maven dependency console shows: "The org.apache.commons: commons-compress: jar: 1.0: compile artifact is missing"

I checked the "Problems" view and found the following error:

also:

I do not know what is the last! And if he has something to do, so as not to download the jar from the maven repository even there!

I'm not 100% sure about the last error message, but the first two of them are definitely related: you declared a dependency on POM to update .classpathto point to it in your local repository, but the file cannot be found in it, and Eclipse / STS complains about this.
