How to get a list of commits that touched a given line of code (git)

I want the cherry picking from one branch to another, but they diverged greatly. How can I get a list of commits that modified this part of the file?

• git blame

Indicates each line in a given file with information from the revision that last modified the line. Optionally, start annotating with this revision.

The command can also limit the range of annotated lines.

• git bisect

to quickly identify which commit introduced certain changes.
