Dynamically change iphone application icon and upload image

Question

I would like to update the application icon and the loading (loading) screen of my application dynamically, if possible, by storing data in SQLite extracted from the web service

I am sure that the answer will be unimportant, but I think I received confirmation

You can modify the Default.png file by placing a symbolic link in your application:

The same technique may work for Icon.png, but I doubt it, and if you could make it work, I think you will have to use HUP for SpringBoard (which you cannot do on the device without hacking).
