TreeViewer: Using Drag & Drop to Reorder or Repeat Items in a Tree

Question

I have a TreeViewer of custom content. I would like to be able to reorder it, at the same time as Outline View is currently when viewing the Java source.

Is there any background material or documentation on how to do this?
