Is there an algorithm for converting an image of sound into sound?

So, I have an image like this

Is there any algorithm for extracting (receiving as PCM) the sound from which this image was created?

The main answer is yes .. view. But not from this exact picture. This is because this picture is extremely time-compressed waveform. Sound waves are probably missing from this image, hidden from 1 pixel to the next.

If you are interested, the algorithm:

sound_amplitude=((pixel_height-(image_height/2))/image_height)*sound_resolution

where sound_resolution is 128 if 8 bits and 32768 if 16 bits.
