What does an expression mean for compiler assembly?

I participate in programming in my second class of OOP, which is studied in C ++, and I use Visual Studio 2008.

I continue to come across this strange expression when I build my project in VS, my project builds perfectly, I just wanted to know what that means. It appears every time I build my project, it does not matter if I click rebuild or what configuration I use.

Thank!

Statement:

LINK : C:\Users\Alex\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects\Project_2\Debug\Project_2.exe not found or not built by the last incremental link; performing full link
