Is this a new way to spam? How can I protect my site?

Recently, with Google’s Webmaster Tools, I discovered the following (not found) crawl errors

http://mydomain.com/warning_this_is_english_domain_to_solve_this_problem_submit_site_in_atoall.com.html

After Googling, I discovered that this could be a new way of spamming.

But wait a second, from a programmer predicting what happens to my site? Am I doing something wrong? Is there a security hole that I don’t see right now?
