Reading control discs

Question

I want to use apc in php to avoid reading disks when including files. But how can I find out if the files really come from shared memory and not from disk? Does anyone know how to measure the number of disk reads for a php script or over a period of time? (on a Windows 2003 server) Thanks a lot in advance,
