MIME Type Will Not Change for IIS6 Dynamic Content

Question

After changing the mime type of the file .zipin IIS 6 metabase to, application/x-zipI see that it is .ziploading a new type of content when I load it from a static folder ( /zip).

But I use the ISAPI extension to upload files .zip:

http://example.com/?downloadname=filename

Which will change it to application/x-zip-compressed.

I tested it with a violinist and httpanalyzer. A global or target change of type mime does not work.

Any ideas on how to force a mime type change to dynamically generated content, like this?
