Is "Everyone" or "Just me" the default value for the Windows Installer package?

Microsoft has an article ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/835460 ) that explains how to use the Orca database editor to remove the "All" and "Just Me" options from the Windows Installer package that you created with using Visual Studio .NET, but no where in this article they explain what the default option is. In other words, the application will either be installed for everyone, or only for the user. Does anyone know what it is? Thank.

By default, for deployment projects (.msi files) for the InstallAllUsers property, there is "Just me".

Annotation:

InstallAllUsers Property

False - the application will only be installed for the current user and the computer will not be visible to other users (by default).

True - the application will be installed for all users.

Also a property InstallAllUsersVisible(available since VS.NET 2005 onwards) that seems to control the visibility of the user option “Just me” or “Everyone”. In other words, you don’t have to bother with the Orca MSI database editor to show or hide this option in your installer.
