Are there any helpful videos about Core Data?

I wonder if there are good videos that describe the basic data in detail, starting with the basics?

I don't know anything about Core Data. I would like to see several videos in addition to apple documents that are difficult to read. All day I read about the basic data and feel that my brain has not received a lot of additional knowledge;)
