I had very good experience with ActiveMQ, because:
- very stable
- bright memory,
- easy to deploy and use
- good documentation
- Ready-to-use enterprise integration templates through Apache Camel .
Another nice, though not an ordinary use case, but still nice to understand: it's quite simple to embed ActiveMQ in your own application.
