Opening one application from another application without closing the application

A button has been added on the home page of my iphone application. When you click this button, some iphone application should be opened in the new view manager (without closing the parent application). There will be a back button on this view controller. When you click the back button, the new view manager that shows another application should be closed and the home page of our parent application should be displayed.

Please give me some ideas on how to do this. I googled for this, I got no solutions.

Thank you, Raja.

As said: launching an application by two applications is not allowed. However, you can embed these applications in your application and receive and save data on the same server ...

Or, as Nitsin said, this functionality is available on JB iphones. Take a look at the backgrounder to implement one solution for ordinary users, and another for those who have jailbreak.
