How to set default debug page in MVC 2?

In MVC 1 in VS2008, you can right-click on the Default.aspx page and set it as the default page, then click on “Debug” and “land” at home (although Default.aspx was something else). In MVC2, Default.aspx does not exist, so how do you set the default document as the default home index?

I know that it is installed by default, but if you are stupid like me, you already right-clicked and incorrectly set it as the default page. :)

In the project properties you can set it there. You should not link to the start page as default.aspx; I believe that it is empty in my project as the default. This is due to the URL rewrite feature.
