Arrow keys as access keys?

Is it possible to use the arrow keys as the access keys , as in the Ctrl+ Alt+ rightArrowKeyfor a combination of a key?

Says here that you should specify a character as a passkey, and although you can try using the ASCII arrow in Unicode format as passkey characters, I doubt that it will work. Better use JavaScript.

will not work with html access keys, you must use Javascript.
