Viral problem on the home page

I recently put together a site which, if I open it in chrome, will give me a malware protection error, and if I open it in ff or, that is, it will let me install the Java plugin, but I am not adding the Java applet for the home page, not some malware or trojan on the home page, why does it show me this ...

please let me know how I can check my html code for viruses or iframes for viruses.

Check the HTML for suspicious blocks <script>and <iframe>. If you find them, they could be added by a virus on your computer or by someone who sniffed your FTP password and changed the files on the FTP server.

You may have incorrectly processed the output you entered, and someone used it to inject malicious code into your site. This may be due to URL parameters or forms, for example, or when content is included from other servers, such as banner ads.
