Best XSD File Generator

I am analyzing tools that generate an XSD file from XML files. I find many tools on the Internet.

  • XSD.exe utility that comes with Visual Studio (xsd file.xml)
  • Stylus Studio XSD File Generator
  • Microsoft's XSD Interference Tool
  • XMLFox Professional
  • Liquid XML Studio (XML Editor Edition)

Which of the above options is best if cost is not a criterion? If any other tool is better than the tools listed above, you know.

Is there a free tool to generate XSD files from an XML file? I searched and got this link http://www.hitsw.com/xml_utilites/ , but this only supports DTD and not XML Schema. What could be the best free to generate XSD files from an XML file? Any ideas?
