Android transparent blur

I need to make an operation that will be displayed on the main screen, in fact I simulate this part by making the background transparent to make this effect, but the problem is that I need to blur the geometric area around the touch coordinates, the identifier should be blurred in a circle with normal text over blur, I know how to do what I need with a translucent area, but this needs to be done with custom blur (Gaussian), not only a screenshot with the blurred part, but also the active desktop, so p Azmytiya looks like just a mask on a transparent background
