Open Source HTTP or HTTPS

I want to write all the HTTP requests made by the browser to a file, so I thought that I could run the HTTP / S proxy locally and do this. However, the proxies on proxies.xhaus.com/ do not meet my needs - either there is no HTTPS support, or there is no registration. Do any of you know a proxy that can perform both HTTPS and HTTP and allows me to register browser traffic to a file?
