What third-party user interface libraries for WinForms, WPF, MVC, etc. Are the best?

I work with many different technologies and do not have the time to evaluate each single user interface structure, so I would be grateful if I listened to the experience of other encoders in different frameworks.

By the time I was working with (and my perceptions):

  • WinForms: DevExpress (love the look, hate APIs and bells and whistles), Krypton (free! Looks good, but limited), Telerik (doesn't like the look)
  • WPF: just used the WPF Themes package :)
  • Asp.Net: Telerik MVC Controls (love it), jQuery UI (looks great)

I really can only offer WinForms experience, but I will give a brief description:

I used DevExpress quite widely on WinForms projects and was pleased with the quality of the components. I was really (usually) pleased with the user API, although writing anything that extends their functionality is usually a significant undertaking. However, their visual effects and feature set are second to none.
