Saving and Editing JSON on iPhone / iPod

What is the best way to edit and save a JSON file on iPhone / iPod? I know there are libraries that allow you to read JSON data easily, but are there any features that allow you to generate it?

TouchJSON reads and generates JSON, pretty fast and uses very little memory.

The JSON Framework is supposedly faster, but uses a lot more memory.

IPhone also includes a built-in JSON parser / generator , but it is only available through private APIs. You probably shouldn't use this one.
