How to rename a project in VisualSVN or by the TortoiseSVN client (win32 platform)?

I tried to find any function similar to "renaming" both on the server side and on the client side, but failed, is this possible?

1) Check the project and make sure no one is using it. It is probably a good idea to stop the server.

2) Backup repository

3) On the server, rename the root project directory to a new name

4) Start the server again, and on the client check it with the new name.

Do all this at your own peril and risk - I tested it only with the local file system.

I have not tried, but there is a Repo-Browser in TortoiseSVN when you right-click and you can probably rename the project name here.
