Alternative window scheduler for asp.net web application, which is a shared hosting

Guys Hi,
 Is there an alternative for the window scheduler for the asp.net application ... The alannative should be able to carry out the scheduled tasks, since I participate in shared hosting, where I can not add the task scheduler to my server ... I know that there is quartz. net, but my application only needs one task that will be assigned daily, so I don’t want to use it ... Any other alternative that can perform the scheduled tasks for me ....

One way to do this:

You can write a Windows service that will call the URL of your application for a certain period of time repeatedly . Install and run this service from your personal computer or any other computer on which you are mostly [almost 24x7] on the Internet.

Another way:..

Use website health check services. They call your URL at intervals. There are many free and paid services. I found this one to be good enough after some searching.
