SharePoint DEsigner 2010 - how to get workflow status?

Question

I have an SPD 2010 workflow that uses the task of the launch approval process. This action allows the user to approve or reject the request from the task item. If the user rejects the item, the workflow status is set to "Rejected."

My question is: how to get the current value of the status of the workflow? that is, if the user rejects it, then I want the workflow to be enabled. But how can I work based on the state of the workflow?

I tried Current item: Approval status. But that does not seem right.
