GUI GUI in Eclipse for Python / IronPython

While the console runner is good, I like the instant red-green look of a graphics player such as NUnit or MSTest to get a quick look at broken tests.

Is there such a tool for Eclipse? I tried Google but found only some terrible standalone versions.

PyDev has the function to quickly perform unit tests using the IDE. It also allows you to choose to run unit test. But it displays plain text output, there is no graphical representation of the test results.
