Alternative to Expression Blend

Question

Is there a free alternative to Expression Blend? I can't buy Expression Blend and am looking for a standalone XAML designer that I can use to help me design WPF controls.

I found applications like Kaxaml, but I'm looking for something that has drag and drop support so that I can create a control directly in the designer.

Is there such a thing?

Could it be Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 ? In combination with BizSpark, this may not be so expensive.

As the previous two responders said: VS2010 Beta 2. When the beta expires, you can switch to the Express version, but they will still have the same XAML editing capabilities.
