How to use a USB speaker and built-in speakers at the same time in Mac OS X 10.6 using Cocoa or any other?

I want to use the built-in speakers and USB speakers at the same time on Mac OS X 10.6.

I want to play different files on them (I do not want to play on the same file on both speakers).

Can i use Cocoa or anything else?
