What does it mean when in Mathematica blue words are highlighted in blue?

Here is what I mean:

Sometimes I don’t know why, I get the function names blue. Is there any special reason?

This is a form of syntax coloring and / or spell checking. This means that the symbol "SavePlogggts" is not yet defined. Once you evaluate this cell, it will identify the symbol and turn black.
