Using the webcam button in my own program

My webcam has a button with which you take a photo of the current frame when using the original software, which came with it when I bought it.

Can I use this button to take photos in my program. I would use C #.

I was thinking about using Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) or avicap32 to use a webcam in my software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Where to begin?

EDIT:

I see that you did not understand me. I need to know if my photo alarm button is pressed. I am using a DigiMicro 1.3 camera ( DNT manufacturer ), which is actually not a web camera, but a USB microscope, but it behaves like a web camera.

Does the camera really require software to start when a button is pressed? I know that some webcams implement this function at the driver level. If so, I don’t think you can do without direct interaction with a USB port, which would be incredibly difficult and probably not worth the trouble. I can not find the technical documentation on the supplier’s website with such information.

I suggest you take a look at the DirectShow.NET library . It has excellent functionality for capturing images / videos from connected devices. It also comes with several samples to get you started quickly.
