Can you recommend a book for programming functions for LaTeX?

As a new LaTeX user, I want to start using it and expand it with my own things. I have ideas for technical writing solutions that have not yet been resolved. So I need a good book on LaTeX that looks at it from the point of view of programmers. Like the way LaTeX actually works domestically, how all things fit together, and where do I need to start touching the code or adding code to make everything work. Do you know what I mean? :)

So, is there a good book I should look at?

Internal: read TheXX's Knut book. And then Knut Tex: Program.

Latex's internal elements are not very interesting, but the code is free software: you can read it. But the key is understanding Tex.
