Suggestions on how to organize a visual layout of Core Data?

Question

Core Dataquite surprisingly, and I really enjoyed using the visual layoutXcode, it provides organization and a quick choice of what data I posted where. Sometimes I started thinking about whether I can use it better, but after a while there are so many arrows that it becomes difficult to say what is happening.

I'm trying to minimize this at

• grouping of similar objects,
• abstract objects / parents in trees with their children,
• and etc.

but a mess seems inevitable.

What methods do you use to keep it optimally organized and readable?
