Is there any tool to convert a Visual Studio 2005/2008 project into Visual Studio 6? Thanks.

Doubtful. I'm sure Microsoft has nothing of the kind.

I assume this is a C / C ++ project? VS 6 was before .NET.

I think your best option is to start with an empty VS 6 project and manually add the source files.

After adding the source files, the compilation attempt should quickly tell you which libraries / included folders you need to specify.

I do not know such a tool. Instead, import the individual source files into a new VS6 project.

To take a long shot here, but an article appeared on Codeproject about converting the solution to a Linux Makefile file and using the file under VC6 ... Would it be useful?

Hope this helps, Regards, Tom.
