Settings menu via UITableView

I am trying to create a beautiful looking configuration screen using a UITableView (like settings on iPhone, in watches, etc.).

I have some doubts about how this happens; I will need some UITableViewCells with switches in them (they are now placed in the accessView), others that link to further pages, and a detailLabel indicating the current setting (possibly with CellStyleValue1).

What is the best way for me to create such a menu? Via IB? Through the code? Generate all cells in init? Generate in cellForRow [...]?

Thank!
