Should I wait for Flash Player 10.1 or go with Flash Lite 3 to develop Flash content for mobile phones and devices

Adobe launches Flash Player 10.1 in the first quarter of 2010, this will ensure consistent runtime on desktops and mobile devices (so I assume that it was created for the Internet and it will work on a mobile device).

I'm going to start developing flash applications for mobile phones, should I use FLASH Lite 3 or wait for the release of Flash Player 10.1. I assume that in a couple of months I will be able to launch the flash lite 3 application, and by this time Flash Player 10.1 will arrive very soon. Is it possible to say that most mobile phones now support Flash Lite 3 and may not support Flash Player 10.1 or all phones can use Flash Player 10.1 when it comes out? What market share will affect this issue?

I still want to optimize my Flash 10 for a web application to work in Flash Player 10.1 so that it works better in a mobile browser, so it still potentially works the same as creating a standalone Flash Lite 3 application. Or I don’t need to be optimized - will Flash Player 10.1 provide the same experience in a mobile browser?

Will Flash Player 10.1 have the same feature set that it can view files on a mobile device and upload to the Internet?

anything else to consider here?
