Best Eclipse plugins for java development using spring / struts / hibernate?

Question

I am looking for plugins that simplify the life of a developer using technologies such as Struts / Spring / Hibernate. For example, this requirement:

If I were to change the Struts action, I would have to display all the Struts actions for my webapp, right-click and add / make some changes.

So basically, I need to know which plugins will make eclipse more “technology / framework compatible”.
