Is there a nosql repository that also maintains relationships between stored objects?

I am looking for nosql key value storages that also provide preservation / maintenance of relationships between stored objects. I know that the Google App Engine datastore allows you to use your own and unoccupied relationships between objects. Is there something similar in some popular nosql store?

Although most of them are smaller than the schema, are there methods for the corresponding relationships in the key value store?
