Finite Element Analysis in Sage

Question

Is it possible to conduct finite element analysis in Sage ? If so, is it static or dynamic?

If not, can someone suggest an alternative application? I tried Impact, but it does not fit my needs. Matlab is an option, but I would rather not buy a license.

I do not think that the sage himself has finite element codes, but femhub (femhub.org) is a subset of sage specifically designed for finite element analysis.
